WetSuit® RainCoat is a medium viscosity, self leveling, coating which can be rolled, brushed or spray applied. Specificallydesigned for below grade waterproofing, other uses include sealing fountains, ponds, planters, waterproofing shower stalls and as a tile adhesive.

For roofing, Raincoat is used as part of the WetSuit® System as a coating for detail work prior to the final application of WetSuit®. However, it is an excellent roofing membrane on its own, only differing from WetSuit® in its slower cure time and limitation of an 80 mil coat in one pass.

Imbed Aggregate

The slower cure time does allow a window of opportunity to imbed aggregate into the wet RainCoat, creating a seamless, composition roof with the same reflectivity and hardy walking surface as a traditional torch down roof, but with none of the common failures such as tearing, buckling and leaky seams.
